Louise Ray passes away

Louise Ray, wife of UPHA Hall of Fame trainer Junior Ray and mother of the late Tony Ray for whom the UPHA Young Trainers Award has been named in his honor, passed away from complications of stomach cancer on Saturday, January 30, 2009.  
 
Louise will be waked at Minor - Morris Funeral Home at 112 Richards Street in Joliet, IL on Friday, February 6 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.
 
Then she will be taken to St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church for a Visitation from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.  A Funeral Service will begin at 7 p.m. at the church (1404 S. Briggs Street in Joliet, IL).
 
On Saturday, February 7, Louise will be buried in Joliet and then a luncheon will be held in her honor at a "to be announced" location in the Lockport area.
